某钒钛磁铁矿综合利用试验研究

    Experimental research on the comprehensive utilization from a vanadium-containing titanomagnetite ore

    • 摘要: 本文在某高钛型钒钛磁铁矿(TFe40.74%, TiO226.11%, V2O50.29%)的工艺矿物学特征研究及磁选试验的基础上,进行了连续试验,获得了产率为67.80%,TFe 、TiO2 、V2O5品位分别为45.70%、31.75%、0.323%,TFe、TiO2 、V2O5回收率分别为75.98%、84.80%、76.41%的铁(钒)精矿。该精矿产品经还原焙烧-磨矿分选后,可能获得TiO2品位85%的高钛渣和金属化率为90%的金属铁产品,能有效地综合利用该资源中的铁、钛。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of research on process mineralogy characteristics and separation experiment, a pilot test is conducted on a vanadium-containing titanomagnetite ore (TFe40.74%, TiO226.11%, V2O50.29%). An iron (vanadium) concentrate is obtained with the yield of 67.80%, the grade TFe of 45.70% and 31.75 of TiO2 and 0.323 % of V2O5 and recoveries of TFe, TiO2 and V2O5 are 75.98%, 84.80% and 76.41%. A high titanium slag of the grade TiO2 of 85% and a metallic iron product of metallization rate of 90% are obtained, by grinding and separating the grinding after reducing roasting on the concentrate. The titanium and iron are fully utilized from the resource.
