矿业经济区发展建设情况评价指标体系设计

Study on the evaluation index system of mining economic zones

摘要: 本文根据矿业经济区发展特点和资源环境承载力的可持续性要求,基于系统学理论、可持续发展理论、循环经济理论、环境经济学理论、区域竞争力评价理论,总结前人研究成果,构建了矿业经济区可持续发展评价指标体系,包含4个一级指标、8个二级指标、18个三级指标,为评估全国75个矿业经济区发展奠定基础,同时对矿业经济区现状评价以及未来发展的政策支持提供参考。

Abstract: This paper try to establish an index system for the evaluation of the mining economic zones' development and construction based on System theory,Sustainable development theory,circular economy theory,Environmental economics theory and regional competitiveness theory.Our system contains 4firstclass index,8second-class index,18third-class index,which are come from the previous studies,related national polices and the feature of the mining economic zones.
