Abstract: Based on the study of mineral resources and the level of economic development in Poland,on the basis of SWOT analysis method,analysis the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Poland mining investment environment from the political,economic,labor and infrastructur.And then construction SWOT matrix and proposed decisions on the basis of SWOT analysis.Poland has an excellent location、rich mineral resources、high level of mining technology、better economic conditions,investors should take the chance of "the Belt and Road",grasp the mining industry policy of Poland,proper risk assessment and investment budget to reduce investment risks.
