四川某高硫铜锌多金属矿石选矿试验研究
Study on mineral processing of a high-sulfur copper-zinc polymetalic ore in Sichuan

摘要: 四川某高硫铜锌多金属矿石,硫高、铜高、锌低,有用矿物嵌布粒度细且不均匀,嵌布关系十分复杂,为易浮难分离的复杂多金属矿石。矿山附近选厂采用常规浮选法仅回收了矿石中的铜和硫,而锌因品位低,试验和生产技术指标差而终止了回收,造成资源的浪费。本研究对该矿石进行了详细的物质组成研究及浮选分离试验研究,最终确定采用优先浮铜,锌与易浮硫铁矿混合浮选,粗精矿再磨,锌硫分离,尾矿再浮硫的工艺流程,使铜、锌、硫得到了有效分离,获得了铜品位为22.04%,回收率为91.15%的铜精矿; 锌品位为46.03%,回收率为60.39%的锌精矿;硫品位为37.02%,回收率为81.19%的硫精矿。Abstract: It is difficult for a polymetalic sulfide ore with high Sulphur,high-copper and low-zinc in Sichuan to be separated.The disseminated grain size of valuable minerals is fine,heterogeneous and complex.The low recovery of Znic in benefication plants using conventional flotaion methods in mining area lead to the waste of ore.It could receive copper and sulphur only and stopped production of the zinc for the grade of zinc was low and could not gain ideal beneficiation index thtuogh experiment and industrial production practice.The mineral compositions and flotation separation of copper-znic polymetalic sulfide was investigated.The result reveals that a differential flotation is feasible.The flowsheet is:a selective floatation of copper~ zinc-easy floating pyrites bulk floatation~regrinding of the rough zinc-sulphur concentrate~zinc-sulphur separation-extracting sulfur from tailings.Finally,copper,zinc and sulphur minerals were efficiently separated.The concentrates of copper (grade 22.04%,recovery 91.15%),zinc(grade 46.03%,recovery 60.39%),and sulphur (grade 37.02%,recovery 81.19%) were also obtained respectively.
