坚硬岩石巷道掏槽爆破技术研究与应用
RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF THE CUTTING BLASTING TECHNOLOGY OF ROADWAY EXCAVATION IN HARD ROCK

摘要: 在掏槽爆破中槽腔内岩石碎块与爆轰气体运动规律的基础上,分析影响掏槽爆破效果的主要因素,通过施工现场的试验结果对倒三角形、单螺旋、正矩形三种直线掏槽方式加以比较,选取最为合理的掏槽方式和爆破参数。实践表明,采用正矩形直线掏槽方式可提高坚硬岩石平巷掘进爆破效率,取得良好的经济效益。Abstract: Based on the campaign laws of rock fragments and detonation gas in the groove cavity of cutting blasting,the paper analyzed the main influencing factors of cutting blasting.Selected out the reasonable cutting pattern and blasting parameters based on the test results performed in site by comparing the three cutting patterns of the the inverse triangle,single helixand the rectangular.The construction practice indicated that the blasting efficiency in drif was improved and good economic benefits were obtained by the adoption of the rectangular cutting pattern.
