灾害性群空区深部开采采场结构参数优化研究
Study on optimization of stope structure parameters due to disastrous complex group of mined area in deep mining

摘要: 铜坑矿区内,多个矿体在垂直方向上呈重叠状产出,彼此之间相隔较近,甚至连在一起。多层矿体重复采动,多中段同时作业,形成了相互影响的复杂开采格局。经过30多年的大规模开采,已积累了数百万m3的采空区,开采技术难度大,地压控制极其复杂。在矿山岩体工程地质条件研究的基础上,采用核区强度理论、Bieniawski强度公式进行了采场矿柱、间柱的稳定性计算。基于弹性力学小变形薄板理论方法分析了顶柱安全厚度,提出了92#矿体采场合理的结构参数,为控制92#矿体安全开采提供了技术依据。Abstract: The occurrence of orebody is superposition in the vertical direction, each other between the close, even links in the same place in Tongken ore area. Nowadays, ore area has formed the complex interplay of exploitation pattern due to the multi-layered orebody mining repetition and working in the multi-center-sections at the same time. After more than 30 years large-scale mining, ore area has accumulated millions of cubic meters of mined-out area, lead to the mining of technical difficulty and ground pressure control is extremely complex. Base on research of the rock mass engineering geology condition to mine, this paper has proposed the reasonable structural parameter to 92 ore body stope by carrying on computation to the stability of pillar and intermediate pillar, making use of nuclear area theory of strength and the Bieniawski intensity formula, and analysis the safety thickness of top pillar by using elastic-mechanical theory of small distortion thin steel plate, and the conclusions have also supplied technical evidence for the safety controlling the orebody 92 mining.
