碱酸法纯化石墨试验研究

    Research on alkali-acid process of graphite purification

    • 摘要: 石墨是一种重要的战略资源,石墨提纯是石墨制品应用的前提和基础。以内蒙古某鳞片石墨矿的浮选精矿为原料,对其中的石英、云母和赤铁矿等主要杂质,采用碱酸法对其进行了提纯研究,考察了NaOH用量、焙烧温度和时间、HCl用量和酸浸时间等因素对提纯效果的影响。结果表明,碱酸法是天然石墨提纯的有效方法,其石墨精矿的含碳量由84.32%提高到99.51%。

       

      Abstract: Graphite is a kind of important strategic resource.Graphite need to be purified further in order to use this resource better.The flake graphite concentrates coming from Inner Mongolia autonomous region,China were studied,which the main gangue minerals of graphite sample are quartz,mica and hematite.An alkaline roasting-acid leaching process were accepted to purify this graphite sample.The results show that the alkali-acid process is an effective method for graphite purification and graphite carbon content increase from 84.32% to 99.51%.
