Abstract: making decisions on coalmine safety investment is an important part in coalmine safety management.This thesis,from the angle of the essence safety of coalmine system,tries to establish the system of coalmine safety investment essentials and uses the vague comprehensive evaluation to determine the priority value of each essential.The research done in this thesis has a great theoretical and practical significance towards the decision-making on coalmine safety investment.
