Abstract: The construction of green mine is a great action from the Ministry of Land and Resources which wants to ease the pressure on supply of mineral resources and the pressure of Geological Environmental.The construction level of green mine is divided into four grades:Green,Gray-green,Gray,Black.According to the basic conditions of green mine in "The Basic Conditions of National Green Mine",the Paper constructs the quantitative evaluation system of the construction of green mine,which includes 20 indictors of 8 categories,such as mining operation conditions according to the law,standardize management,etc.And the paper uses the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the construction of Hunan XingTianling tungsten mine.The results show that the construction of green mine of Hunan XingTianling tungsten mine is in the second grade which is called grey-green level.
