Abstract: The economic reforming of mining city is a systematic process and world-wide problem. On the basis of clearing out the connotation of economic reforming cost, this thesis analyzes reforming cost and payment way in initial period, intermediate stage as well as the mineral exhausting period of mining city's economic development, and proposes the optimizing commencement choice for mining city's economic reforming.
