Abstract: With the foundation of the special subject interview and the half open type questionnaire, the authors drew up a questionnaire of safe and mental for miner, the questionnaire includes 58 items, and it is composed of 8 factors, they are aware of self active, discipline persistence, unsteady emotion, responsibility, safe consciousness, emotion stability, adventure paralyze, and the satisfaction. The Cronbach'α coefficients of the questionnaire was 0.874, the Guttman Split-Half Coefficients of total questionnaire and each factor is all above 0.606. Confirmatory factor analysis and each factor and total questionnaire of related all confirm that the questionnaire has a good structure effect.
