Abstract: Safety management is a strategic problem concerning the sustainable development.The coal enterprise will go downhill and even step out of the industry if the safety management is not progerly orientated.The coal enterprise must substitute the traditional management mode with new,modern,scientific safety management mode,introduce type π safety management mode and establish the respective safety management mode with respect to the enterprise's features.
