Abstract: Propelling the examination and approval of mining rights on streamlining administration,delegating more powers to lower-level governments and society,improving regulation and optimizing services,is a vital content for implementing the reform of approval system.This paper summarizes the evolution and efficiency of the reform about the mining rights approval on streamlining administration,analyzes and points out the difficulty in deepening reform,puts forward the policy suggestions,to provide reference for advancing the reform of examination and approval of mining rights on streamlining administration.
