GAME THEORY APPLICATION TO COLLECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF COMPENSATION FEES FOR MINERAL RESOURCES

摘要: 本文是通过运用博弈论方法,分析我国矿产资源补偿费在征管过程中出现的截留、挪用以及不按有关规定及时、足额缴纳矿产资源补偿费等违法违规行为。通过分析指出产生这些违规行为的主要原因,并提出相应的解决政策措施。

Abstract: In the case of collection and management of compensation fees for mineral resources,there often occur illegal activities such as withholding,diverting,dilatory and incomplete turning over of compensation fees.The main reasons for these illegal activities and the countermeasures against them are discussed and introduced.
