深部立体交叉巷道破坏机理及控制对策研究

    Study on failure mechanism and control measure of deep intersecting roadway

    • 摘要: 针对在复杂高应力场作用下,深部立体交叉巷道变形破坏严重、稳定性难以控制的问题,本文以鹤岗矿区兴安矿深部立体交叉巷道为研究对象,进行了工程地质条件和现场变形破坏特征的调查分析;结合工程实际利用FLAC3D进行了数值模拟,总结了巷道变形破坏的主要原因为:地应力高、多巷道开挖时相互扰动的作用;提出了优化巷道布局,并进行以锚网索+立体桁架耦合支护为主体的深部立体交叉巷道控制对策。工程应用结果表明,该方法能有效控制巷道变形,保证立体交叉巷道的整体稳定。

       

      Abstract: According to the problem that the deep intersecting roadways damage seriously and are unstable under complex high-stress field,this paper investigates the engineering geological conditions and failure phenomena of the deep intersecting roadway of Xing'an coal mine in Hegang mine,summarizes the main failure reasons based on the results of numerical analysis:high stress and mutual disturbance during excavation of the intersecting roadway,then puts forward the control measures that optimize roadway layout and support as the main of the bolt rope + three-dimensional truss.It is concluded from the results of engineering application that this control measure can control roadway deformation effectively and ensure the stability of the intersecting roadway.
