Abstract: One of the important bases for our life and social progress is constituted by mineral resources of which the regeneration is impossible,the quantity is limited,the bedding is different and the mining pollutes environment.Reasonable exploitation of mineral resources is always a challenge.From the viewpoints of administrative management,taxes and fees,tactics & strategies,mining design,sustainable development etc which are closely related with mineral resources exploitation,the paper describes the curren status of research how to achieve reasonable exploitation of mineral resources and makes suggestions for further research in this field.
