Abstract: The paper objectively analyzes the production and development of mineral rights at home and abroad. On the basis of reference the management experience of establishment and transfer of foreign mining rights,puts some measures to improve China's mining right management,such as develop standards and guidelines for mining rights assessment, establish mining rights market information disclosure mechanism, improve the mining rights transfer mechanism, standardized mining rights market intermediaries and relative people and so on.
