As a particular type of companies, mining companies must perform a particular social responsibility, different from that of other companies, especially regarding moral and charitable responsibilities. Our studies aim to clarify the particularity of the social responsibility carried by a mining company, the content of moral and charitable responsibilities and their relationships, in order to emphasize that mineral companies must, in attached importance to moral responsibility, properly handle and fulfill the charitable responsibility.
