Abstract: The paper starts with current situation of industrial layout and structure of China copper mine resources, and analyzes development tendency of industrial layout and restructuring of copper mine resources in the next period of time. On the base of this analysis, it put forward the main ideas and future task of industrial layout and restructuring of China copper mine resources, from integrating resources, enhance exploration, industry transferring and other aspects.
