Abstract: In order to build the graphite industry evaluation index system of sustainable development based on low-carbon economy,the relevant research was reviewed firstly,and then the different characteristics of the graphite industry sustainable development were analyzed,which determined the basic idea of analyzing from three perspectives,the development environment,the development of strength and the development coordination degree.Eventually,the graphite industry evaluation index system of sustainable development based on low-carbon economy was established from three aspects:the frequency index selection,environmental affect and low-carbon economy perspective.Multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and the method for determining the weight of the membership degree have also been proposed.The use of the evaluation index will provide the basis for sustainable development path selection for the graphite industry.
