Abstract: There exist a lot of serious problems with the traditional development model of Chinese coal industry, such as the environmental pollution, low payout rate of the coal resource, low utilization rate, low recovery rate, and so on.Based on the analysis of the advantages of the coal circulatory economy industry chain, Chinese coal circulatory economy industry chain development models are put forward in this paper from the aspects of longitudinal dominant industry and lateral coupling industry chain.In this paper,the practice of Shanbei Energy Chemical Base to develop the circulatory economy industry chain model is analyzed and demonstrated as a case. At the end of the paper, some countermeasures and suggestions are given to carry out further Chinese coal circulatory economy industry chain development models so that sustainable development of Chinese coal enterprises is achievable.
