流膜磁分离技术中颗粒的运动特性研究

    Kinetic characteristic of particles motion on film-magnetic separation technique

    • 摘要: 针对我国贫、细、杂特征的铁矿资源开发的流膜磁分离技术,能有效地提高难选复杂铁矿物的铁回收率。本文描述了颗粒在流膜矿浆分选中的运动过程,分析了流膜颗粒在分选过程中的运动状态与运动规律,有助于掌握和应用流膜磁分离技术。

       

      Abstract: Film-magnetic separation technique was developed and applied for low-iron content, fine and refractory iron materials in China. It was efficient to improve iron recovery to refractory and complex iron ore with film-magnetic separation technique. Particles' motion characters of film slurry are briefly described in this paper. Particles' kinetic characteristic and laws with film-magnetic separation are analyzed. It is helpful in grasps and applying for film-magnetic separation technique.
