Abstract:
The study on the production of superfine FeS
2 powder with grinding mill is carried out due to the wide application of superfine FeS
2.The superfine FeS
2 powder with an average grain size of less than 3 5μm can be obtained after 4 hours of grinding at a pulp density of 50%,ball to material ratio of 5∶1 with the addition of PZ grinding aids.The paper analyzes the dynamics process of superfine grinding of FeS
2 and the relationship between the grain size and energy consumption of superfine grinding product which can be expressed by Charles law.
