间歇式搅拌磨生产超细FeS2粉体的研究

    STUDY ON THE PRODUCTION OF SUPERFINE FeS2 POWDER WITH INTERMITTENT MILL

    • 摘要: 由于超细FeS2应用广泛,因而进行了搅拌磨生产超细FeS2粉体的研究。在添加助磨剂PZ的条件下,当矿浆浓度为5 0%,球料比为5∶1,磨矿时间为4h时,可以得到平均粒径<3 5 μm的超细FeS2粉体。文中分析了FeS2超细粉磨的动力学过程,同时分析了超细粉磨产品粒度与能耗的关系,可用Charles定律来表示。

       

      Abstract: The study on the production of superfine FeS2 powder with grinding mill is carried out due to the wide application of superfine FeS2.The superfine FeS2 powder with an average grain size of less than 3 5μm can be obtained after 4 hours of grinding at a pulp density of 50%,ball to material ratio of 5∶1 with the addition of PZ grinding aids.The paper analyzes the dynamics process of superfine grinding of FeS2 and the relationship between the grain size and energy consumption of superfine grinding product which can be expressed by Charles law.
