大倾角煤层综合机械化开采关键技术研究

    Study on the key technologies of mechanized coal mining in steep inclined seam

    • 摘要: 大倾角煤层开采在我国部分矿区大量实践,并具有广泛的发展前景。通过对我国大倾角煤层采煤方法的发展历程和大倾角煤层综合机械化开采现状的分析及评价,指出了大倾角综采工作面实现"安全、高产、高效"开采的关键技术点在于:①系统掌握大倾角煤层采场矿压显现规律;②进一步革新采煤方法;③提高工作面综采设备的稳定性。并对解决大倾角厚及中厚煤层综合机械化开采关键技术难题的可行途径进行了探讨,提出了从研究矿山压力规律入手、发展创新采煤方法和优化工作面"三机"配套的综合解决方案,为大倾角煤层的优化开采提供了依据。

       

      Abstract: Recent years,the steep inclined coal seam has been depicted in some China's mining areas,especially in western part of China,which has a wide promising prospect in the future.In this paper,the development of coal mining methods and the present status of fully mechanized coal mining about steep inclined coal seam in China is summarized,analyzed and evaluated.The result points out that,in order to achieve high production and efficiency in steep inclined coal seams,the key technical points lie in:1)mastering the principles of strata pressure behavior systematically;2)pursuing further innovation in the mining methods;and 3)improving the stability of coal mining equipment in working face.To solve the technical problems,the research should be conducted with the principles of strata pressure behavior.What's more,the coal mining methods and equipment should be further developed,which provide reliable integrated solutions for the steep inclined coal mining.
