Abstract: With the development of economy and the promotion of reformation in our country,lots of main mineral productions and consumptions have come out top in the world.Because of the bad conditions of mineral resources gift,insufficient input of finance,shortage of human resources with high knowledge and skills,and undeveloped productive technology result in low level of the guarantee degree in our country's mineral resources.In addition,due to the insufficiency of ore-exploring,the grade of a majority of Non-ferrous metal mines decreases and faces crisis.So we must expend the input of geological prospecting,explore the prospected resources in project,promote working efficiency and make full use of resources,develop the exploration skills and governing standard in order to advance the sustainable development of mining.
