Abstract: The competition of modern enterprise is the contest of theirs core competence in nature. Only through strengthening theirs core competence could the mining industry improve theirs enterprise performance in the excessively competitive market. It's the important precondition for mining industry to construct the reasonable index system of core competence. The index system must be consistent with the reality trait of mining business. In last, the CFA may give the valid conformation for the index system I have constructed.
