仿真三维模拟放矿方法研究

    NEW METHOD OF SIMULATION DRAWING

    • 摘要: 本文提出了一种基于离散元的三维微分矿岩颗粒模拟放矿方法以进行高精度模拟放矿试验并通过理论的阐述与科学的计算方式描述其可行性。它以传统电算随机模拟放矿试验法为基础,结合现先进计算能力,科学地计算、分配并生成此试验方法中的单元子格与颗粒,然后分配各种颗粒的属性;再根据放矿学基本原理通过程序计算出颗粒在模拟矿岩分布空间随放矿时间变化的分布形态,从而达到真实放矿模拟的效果而加以研究。其以矿岩颗粒状态随时间变化而变化并兼用受力分析的方式分析端底部放矿的实际情况对现今放矿分析与模拟具有极其重要的意义。

       

      Abstract: A kind of 3d rock particle simulation technology with the feasibility by academic expatiation and scientific computing way was put forward to experiment the high precision simulation drawing.Based on the traditional method,it creates gridding-cells,and the gridding-cells constitute the particles which were assigned to kinds of properties about the rock,ore and hole.Then according the fundamental of the ore drawing,the particles was simulated in the form of dynamic progress as time elapses in the computer program.The state of particles changed with the time and the stress analytical method to analyze the actual circs have the very important meaning to the present ore drawing analysis and simulation.
