Abstract: The Tonglushan Copper Mins operated by surface and underground mining simultaneously uses the instantaneous recorders controlled by microcomputer to measure the effect of the seismic waves from open-pit blasting on underground stopes and their weakening regularities. Through the measuring and analying, the parameters such as permissible explosive amount for single-stage blasting, criticalvibration velocity, and safety distance can be gotten.
