Abstract: A low grade Ca-bentonite from Ezhou is taken as the object of the study, The Bentonite was used to purification comparison and discussion by the three different method, the montmorillonite content has increased in various degrees. At the same time, the purification Bentonite was converted into Na-bentonite by extrusion method, The main factors and best industry conditions of Na-activation are confirmed by this test. The result shows that three purification Bentonite display ideal sdium-ionized efficiency under optimum conditions, each performance index has the great improve. And obtained high performance Na-bentonite.
