Abstract: It is significant to study the exteriority issue of mining industry for a sustainable development of mining economy.This paper expounds in general the concept of exteriority issue of mining industry,the authorized regulation of exteriority issue,the impact factors of exteriority issue of mining industry,the conditions for impact factors of China's exteriority issue of mining industry,and the measures and suggestions for mining enterprises.This paper also points out that the Chinese mining enterprises is generally characterized by the exteriority economy but the individual mining enterprise has no exteriority.The core reason for this difference is from the imbalance of the government's policy.
