软岩巷道锚注支护机理研究

    Research on the mechanism of bolt-injection supporting of soft rock roadway

    • 摘要: 在软岩巷道三维协控耦合支护理论中,作为后路加固的锚注在整个支护系统中具有关键作用,加固效果直接关系到巷道稳定。为了取得较好的锚注效果,本文对锚注支护机理、锚注支护与围岩耦合作用原理、锚注支护的应力应变作用做了深入分析。认为锚注加固工艺必须结合围岩变形过程,在加固时间、空间两方面与围岩特性形成三维协调整体,保证巷道变形在控状态下,才能实现良好加固效果,保持巷道总体稳定。

       

      Abstract: According to the theory of three-dimension coupling-control in soft rock roadway, as the later-strengthening supporting system, bolt-injection supporting is very important to stain the whole supporting system stable, whose strengthening effect is directly related to the stability of the roadway. In order to gain the better effect of bolt-injection supporting. In this paper, the mechanism of bolt-injection supporting, the principle of the coupling effect between bolt-injection supporting and surrounding rock, and the stress-strain effect of bolt-injection supporting have been analyzed. It concluded that the bolt-injection strengthening craft must be combined to the process of surrounding rock deformation, formed a three-dimension coupling integer with the character of surrounding rock both in time and space. Only keep the deformation under control, could the favorable strengthening effect be gained, keeping the roadway stable wholly.
