Abstract: According to Xizang's geographical features and present situation of mining exploitation, itis considered that the mining exploitation could influent Xizang's environment or even worldwide ecology.This paper discusses four problems: raising the quality of mining personnel; going along sustainable development way; setting up a comprehensive mining management system; and increasing investment for hightechnology.
