Abstract:
It is difficult to choose lead-zinc from a low-grade zinc silver ore in Sichuan, which as the research object to study the technological process and technology conditions. The lead rougher concentrate grade of lead sulfide in the exploring experiments is higher to take sodium carbonate as modifying agent than calcium oxide; taking zinc sulfide and sodium sulfite as composite depressant for zinc inhibition effect is good; rougher concentrate grade and recovery of lead, zinc and silver in lead sulfide were increased with increasing collecting agent doses. Since the lead and silver grade of the ore is very low, the selected mix floatation of lead and zinc silver is reasonable to the lead-zinc mine. On the grinding fineness of 87.5% in -0.074 mm, the low grade lead-zinc-silver ore was sorted with the open circuit flotation of once rougher and twice concentrations, zinc concentrate grade achieved 46.12% and silver grade is 60.7 ug/g, lead grade is only 1.84%, zinc concentrate recovery rate is 83.46%, silver recovery rate is 61.43%, lead recovery is 59.09%.
