Abstract:
Resource-based enterprises have made important contributions to China's socialist modernization. Along with the decrease of back-up reserves, difficulties of exploration, rising costs of development and the policy defect of land, finance and employment, the resource-oriented cities has been faced with severe restriction. This paper started from the conflicts between Liaohe oilfield and local governments, analyzed the causes of conflicts between them, proposed recommendations to resolve the conflicts, trying to explore a new way for resource-oriented enterprises and local governments to grow together.
