南山煤矿软岩巷道恒阻控制对策研究

    Study on constant resistance control measures of soft rock roadway in Nanshan Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 本文通过对南山煤矿东部区工程地质条件和工程现状的调查研究,发现该区域巷道发生变形破坏的范围大,具有顶板下沉量大、两帮变形严重且呈明显的不对称性、底臌等特征,因此在对该区域软岩巷道进行支护时,应使用既要满足在巷道变形初期能及时阻止围岩变形,又要满足能够持续性的吸收围岩释放出的巨大能量的支护材料,并且还要解决底臌变形严重的问题。并据此有针对性的提出了以NPR高预应力恒阻锚杆(索)+底脚锚管索为支护方案的巷道稳定性控制对策,根据现场工程地质条件和围岩性质建立相应的工程地质模型,通过FLAC3D数值模拟对支护对策的可靠性进行验证。最后以南山矿东部区-120总回风巷为工程背景,将传统支护方式和新支护方案进行实际应用对比,现场监测结果证明了支护方案的合理性。

       

      Abstract: Based on the engineering geological conditions and the engineering status of the eastern areas of Nanshan coal mine, this paper Summarize and analyze the characteristics of the region:in the large range of roadway deformation failure there are two sides of large amount of roof subsidence and serious drum-up of deformation of floor and obvious asymmetry,and come to a conclusion that when supported in the area of soft rock roadway we should not only meet at the beginning of the deformation of roadway can prevent deformation of roadway surrounding rock, also to satisfy to continuous absorption of the great energy release of surrounding rock materials, floor drum up. The way to resolve the serious problem that prestresses specially roadway stability control countermeasures is NPR high prestressed constant resistance bolt (anchor) + corner anchor. According to the site engineering geological conditions and surrounding rock properties of the corresponding engineering geological mechanics model is set up .Then verifies the correctness of support countermeasures by numerical simulation FLAC3D; finally uses two traditional support forms and the new support contrast at-120 roadway in Nanshan coal mine and detects the supporting effect, site monitoring results demonstrates the reasonableness of support programs
