国有煤炭企业“内部人控制”的原因及对策分析

摘要: 在国有企业改革的过程中,国有煤炭企业的"内部人控制"现象十分严重,本文分析了"内部人控制"现象的原因,并提出了几点对策建议,希望能对我国煤炭企业改制有一定的借鉴意义。Abstract: During the reforming of the state-owned enterprises,the problem of insider control is very seious in the state-owned coal enterprises.The writer analyses the reasons of the insider control problem and puts forward proposals against the insider control,hoping the paper has a positive effect to the reforming of the state-owned coal enterprises.
