ANALYSIS ON MINERAL RESOURCE CARRRY CAPACITY COMPETITIVENESS AND SUSTAINABLE POWER IN HEILONGJIANG PROVINCE

摘要: 区域矿产资源的承载力、竞争力和可持续力的分析,是矿产资源的开发利用程度以及对区域经济发展支持能力的反映,也是区域矿产资源经济评价的重要依据。在区域可持续发展理论指导下,通过采用多级模糊综合评判方法,进行了黑龙江省主要矿产资源的承载力、竞争力和可持续力评价。

Abstract: Analysis on regional mineral resources carry capacity competitiveness and sustainable power is a reflection of mineral resources development level and reginal economic ability supported,which is a important theoretical evidence of regional mineral resources economy evaluated.Based on reginal economic sustainable development theory and adopted fuzzily integrated evaluation,author evaluated mineral resources carry capacity competitiveness and sustainable power in heilongjiang province.
