Abstract: Based on the existing engineering geological investigation results of field investigation, this paper analyzed the characteristics of rock slope and its deformation. The slope stability was analyzed using Midas-GTS common software. According to the numerical calculations, the treatment scheme of grouting and concrete construction methods were proposed. Some deformation observation points were set up in the main deformation zone. The collation of monitoring results and its feedback, have played many roles on the safety of slope construction and the stability evaluation of the slope. Practice has proved that the technique is reasonable and effective.
