Abstract: High risks exist in the mining industry.The mining risk befell on the proprietor is, in fact,a continuation and succession of the owner's geologic exploration risk.The essence of the mining right appraisal is the evaluation of geologic exploration risk value.So,in order to obtained the objective and impartial mining right value,effects of risk factors on mining right value should be lowered.
