布沼坝露天煤矿剥离工艺优化选择

    Study on optimization selection of the stripping technology in Buzhaoba surface coal mine

    • 摘要: 根据布沼坝露天煤矿五期扩建需要,分析了该矿的剥离工艺现状和开采条件,提出了五期扩建后可行的剥离工艺方案:表土剥离采用单斗-卡车间断工艺,泥灰岩剥离采用单斗-汽车间断工艺+一套轮斗连续工艺+卡车-破碎站半连续工艺的综合工艺,后期取消轮斗挖掘机连续工艺以简化剥离工艺系统布置。对布沼坝露天煤矿新增半连续工艺系统破碎设备进行比较研究,认为采用移动式破碎站不仅投资省,而且生产费用也较低。

       

      Abstract: According to needs of the the stripping technology in fifth period extension of Buzhaoba surface mine,advancing doable the stripping technology projects by analysing stripping actuality and mining conditions when fifth period extension is finished.It is that topsoil stripped adopts shovel and truck technology,and marl is stripped with integrated process which are discontinuous mining system,BWE continuous system and crusher semi-continuous system,later predigest the stripping system by canceling BWE continuous system.By comparision crushing facility of semi-continuous technology system,it is not only lower investment but also reduce production cost if movable crusher is used.
