6.5m厚煤层一次采全高工作面煤壁稳定的研究

摘要: 为了解决6.5m厚煤层一次采全高工作面煤壁稳定性问题,提出了煤壁塑性区的形成与扩展和工作面支架支护强度是影响此类工作面煤壁稳定性的两个主要因素,然后结合平面应变条件下的LadeDuncan强度准则,建立了煤壁塑性区宽度计算公式,并通过数值计算对上述影响因素进行了模拟研究,最后提出了采用加大支架护帮板支护阻力和煤壁注浆加固等方法来控制煤壁片帮失稳,现场试验表明,上述方法有效地解决了王庄矿一次采全高工作面煤壁稳定性的技术难题。Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the stability of mining overall height in one time working face of 6.5mthick seal coal.Proposing that the formation and expansion of the coal wall plastic zone and working face bracket supporting strength is two main factors which impact the stability of such working face.Then,combining with Lade-Duncan strength criterion under plane strain condition,Establishing the formula of the coal wall width of plastic zone,at the same time,through the numerical simulation analysis studying the above factors.At last proposing a method that increasing use of stents to help guard plate support resistance and coal wall grouting to control the stability of the coal wall.Field test shows,the methods above solve a technical problem of the stability of Wangzhuang coal which is mining overall height in one time working face.
