高纯石英砂选矿提纯试验研究

STUDY ON HIGH-PURITY QUARTZITE BY MINERAL PROCESSING

摘要: 本论文针对云南某地石英砂岩通过擦洗、分级脱泥酸浸提纯方法进行了选矿和化学提纯试验研究。采用加药高效强力擦洗—分级、脱泥—酸处理工艺,脱除杂质元素使石英砂中SiO₂含量达到99.98%,杂质Fe₂O₃≤0.001%,Al₂O₃≤0.02%,TiO₂≤0.012%达到了高纯石英砂的要求。

Abstract: Our study concentrates on purifying physically and chemically the quartzite of Yunnan province by scouring,classification,acid leaching.The experimental results show that the high-purity quartzite product containing SiO₂≥99.98%,Fe₂O₃≤0.001%,Al₂O₃≤0.02%,TiO₂≤0.012% can be obtained by scouring with the special chemical reagent-classification-acid leaching.
