软岩地层回采巷道合理支护技术探讨

    Study on reasonable supporting technology of gateway in the soft rock stratum

    • 摘要: 为进一步发展软岩回采巷道合理支护技术,基于华润煤业五间房煤矿软岩地层地质特点和目前建设状况,通过对现场钻取或掏撬各煤层顶、底板岩层岩石试样物理力学参数测试、回采巷道围岩松动状态的地质雷达探测及分析、回采巷道断面形状与支护结构形式的选择,煤层7.0m厚以上条件下回采巷道支护参数设计,复合支护结构与参数设计的数值模拟优化分析,得出了回采巷道合理支护结构形式,对进一步研究内蒙古锡林浩特煤田软岩回采巷道合理支护技术具有一定的参考意义。

       

      Abstract: In order to develop the reasonable supporting technology of gateway in the soft rock stratum, based on the geological characteristics of the soft rock stratum and the present situation of the construction of Wu jianfang coal mine of China resources coal holdings corporation limited, by the specimen physical mechanics parameter test of the roof and floor strata rock which drilled or cutted on the scene of the each coal seam, the geological radar detection and analysis of the surrounding rock loose state, the choice of shape section of gateway and supporting structure forms, design of supporting parameters of gateway under the condition of more than 7.0m thick coal seam, the numerical simulation analysis of composite support structure and parameters optimization.The reasonable supporting structures of the gateway were obtained. Further study on the development of rational roadway support technique of gateway in the soft rock of Wu jianfang coal mine has certain reference significance.
