Abstract: This paper was based on the summary of mining rights evaluation system construction in China,analysis of the current main problems in the development of mining rights evaluation industry in our country.In view of these problems,and based on the progress of the reform and development needs of the mining rights evaluation industry,put forward to strengthen mining right appraisal theory research,establishing "the price of mining rights" connotation,improve the ability of the supervision and administration of mining rights assessment,strengthening industry self-discipline management,improve the appraisal institutions access conditions and internal control ability,strengthening the construction of mining right evaluation practice team,modify,improve the mining rights assessment criteria such as suggestions.
