中央公益性地质调查人才队伍教育培训调查分析

    Survey and analysis of central public interest geological survey talent pool education and training

    • 摘要: 中国地质调查局系统组建以来,十分重视人才队伍建设,在人才教育培训方面投入了巨大精力。但现有教育培训体系较为零散,部分局属单位仍然存在规划滞后、经费不足、保障欠缺等问题。建议局机关及局属各单位制定人才教育培训中长期规划,制定目标任务,健全教育培训体系,完善激励保障机制和考核评价机制,在提升人才素质的基础上,促进公益性地质调查工作的顺利开展。

       

      Abstract: China Geological Survey (CGS) system attaches much importance on the education and training (E&T) programs of its talent pool; However, there exists other problems such as lag of plans, insufficient financial support and guarantee. Thus, medium and long term plan should be worked out, and objective system should be distributed, furthermore, motivation, guarantee and evaluation mechanisms should be improved. Only on the basis of the elevation of the talents’ quality, the public interest geological survey issues could be carried out better.
