Abstract:
China Geological Survey (CGS) system attaches much importance on the education and training (E&T) programs of its talent pool; However, there exists other problems such as lag of plans, insufficient financial support and guarantee. Thus, medium and long term plan should be worked out, and objective system should be distributed, furthermore, motivation, guarantee and evaluation mechanisms should be improved. Only on the basis of the elevation of the talents’ quality, the public interest geological survey issues could be carried out better.
