资源型城市转型过程中政府职能转型研究

RESEARCH ON TRANSFORMATION OF GOVERNMENT FUNCTION IN THE COURSE OF TRANS ORMATION OF RESOURCES CITIES

摘要: 资源型城市转型是资源型城市未来发展的必然选择。由于资源型城市形成、发展、衰退的特殊发展历程,决定了政府职能转型在我国资源型城市转型过程中的基础性和重要性。本文运用公共经济学的理论,通过对政府职能转型重要意义以及原因的研究,分析探讨了我国资源型城市政府职能转型的特点、目标、意义。

Abstract: Transformation of resources cities was the necessary choice in the development of resources cities.Unusual course of the form,growth and recession of resources cities determined the essentiality and fundamentality of transformation of government function in the course of transformation of resources cities of China.The paper analyzed the characteristics,objectives and significance of transformation of government function of the resources cities of China by using the theories of Public Economics and researching the causes and significance of transformation of government function.
