Abstract: The paper describes the status of mine of China and the basic concept and characteristics of Digital Mine. Through the analysis of the users' needs,we design a model of the digital mine,and discuss the construction of MGIS(Mine GIS),and put forward the corresponding solutions programs,development strategy and proposal.
