水平分段综放开采工作面瓦斯涌出及分布特征
Study on the gas emission and distribution at the horizontal stratification fully mechanized working face

摘要: 为了深化急倾斜特厚煤层水平分段综放工作面瓦斯灾害理论和技术,分析总结了工作面瓦斯涌出来源,实测了工作面瓦斯浓度分布,利用分源法与估算法对采空区瓦斯涌出量进行了计算,得到了瓦斯浓度沿工作面长度和垂直断面方向的分布规律。研究表明:工作面瓦斯浓度沿风流方向逐渐增大,沿工作面走向断面分布不均,受采空区瓦斯涌出、瓦斯抽采及通风影响,采空区侧的瓦斯浓度高于煤壁侧,考虑瓦斯抽采影响,采空区瓦斯涌出量占工作面瓦斯涌出量的85.08%。因此,建议工作面在开采过程中,采用采空区、邻近层抽采及下部煤体卸压拦截抽采的综合措施防治瓦斯灾害。Abstract: In order to further study the theory and technology of gas disaster at the horizontal section of steeply inclined thick coal seam, analyzing and making summary of the working surface gas gushing source, calculating gas concentration distribution at the working surface, measuring the gas emission quantity at mined out area by the method of source and estimation, obtaining the gas concentration distribution law along the length of the working surface and the direction of the vertical section. The research shows that the gas concentration at the working face increases gradually along the airflow direction, uneven distribution along the working surface vertical section, the gas concentration at the mined out area higher than coal wall with the effect of mined out gas emission, gas drainage and airflow. Considering the effect of gas drainage, The amount of gas emission in the mined out area accounts for 85.08% of the gas emission at the working face. Therefore, comprehensive measures are suggested to prevent gas disasters by the mining method of the mine out area and adjacent layer or lower coal pressure reduction during mining process.
