Abstract: For the implementation of the country's "going out" strategy and the group's development strategy of "developing a complete industrial chain to achieve industrial upgrading, developing and controlling the use of territory-outside non-renewable resources and accelerating the group's economic restructuring", the author accompanies the group's technical personnel to review and analyze the feasibility of exploitation of 87.5 square kilometers of shore mineral along the east coastal area of Fenoarivo Atsinanana-Soanierana-Ivongo in the Republic of Madagascar.
