安徽某多金属硫化矿选矿工艺研究

    • 摘要: 安徽某硫化矿是以硫为主,伴生铜、金、银、铁等多种金属的大型矿山。针对该矿特点,选择铜优先浮选-浮选尾矿磁选铁-硫精矿焙烧制硫酸-硫酸渣氰化浸出金和银的工艺流程,得到铜精矿品位20.39%,硫精矿品位50.85%,金的总回收率80.81%,银的总回收率70.66%,铁精矿品位64.44%的较好选矿指标。研究结果为该多金属硫化矿提供了一套经济合理、技术可行的工艺流程。

       

      Abstract: In a certain place in Anhui polymetallic sulfide ore is high-grade sulphur associated copper、gold、silver、iron elements. Against the ore characteristics, copper -selective flotation-magnetic separation of flotation-tailing-roasting of Sulphur concentrade-cyanidation of Acid-residue is flowsheet and the final results: copper concentrate grade 20.39%, Sulphur concentrate grade 50.85%,the gold total recovery 80.81%, the silver total recovery 70.66%, iron concentrate grade 64.44%.The flowsheet is fit for the multi -metal sulfide minerals to provide a economical and reasonable,technically feasible.
